Picture image of Crraig SavinoHey everyone, Craig here, your Master Personal Trainer.  Sharon (BUNNY) Chesworth has agreed to share her journey here at fitnesshealthandmind.com with you.  Bunny, like a lot of you reading this blog and who follow her progress week by week, has had a lot of negativity happen to her and inflicted upon her since her childhood years. Whether it be freak car accidents or unhelpful unsupportive family members or friends (so called).

You can read Bunny’s introduction below and hear it directly from her.  After many failed attempts at losing weight and getting to the point where she can get pregnant and have a baby (via IVF treatment), her understanding of dedication, comittment, action and perseverance has finally clicked for her.

The DCAP Principle is followed by everyone on this site, including Mr Blanco and Miss Bunny!

Dedication

Committment

Action

Perseverance

Bunny is now going on 38…she will hate me for saying that, but she and I both know that the clock is ticking biologically for her at this stage.  Bunny finally had to WAKE UP up to the reality that only she is in control of her destiny.  She now understands that the only thing that she can control is her unstoppable vision, self belief and positive mental attitude toward everything in her life.

No one can shake her, upset her, or stop her from reaching the goal set out for herself!  Bunny is UNSTOPPABLE and exhibits the DCAP principle everyday and is an inspiration to not only herself, but to other people with whom she comes in contact with. She changes those peoples lives for the better because of her inspiration and fighting tough positive mental attitude toward gaining everything in her life ….in abundance!

Weight LOSS

We are happy to have Bunny on this site in her weight loss, and we are going to work her hard both physically and mentally in the coming weeks ahead.  So come back often to watch this amazing transformation and eventually see Bunny and baby together!  This is what life is all about! MAKE YOUR OWN DESTINY!

Here Miss Bunny shares all of her thoughts and processes on getting super fit and healthy. The TRANSFORMATION  GOAL is to lose the weight and get fit enough to give the IVF  treatment the best chance possible for her to start a family of her own.

Follow her training progress and get into her head on how she deals with the temptations to do the wrong thing and the mindset needed to succeed in fitness and attain the ultimate prize.

The D.C.A.P. principle is definitely in full swing on a daily basis. You will need to do the same things and dig deep within yourself and find that burning desire to reach SUCCESS.

Begin

I am here to get fit, start a family and have a long life. I had a car accident when I was 16 years old and broke my neck and had surgery to fix it.  After this happened, that is when troubled started. Up until this point, I had always been thin. I was very active at school/college in Sports and a keen swimmer.

I am an emotional eater and whenever I am sad, for whatever reason, I use food to make me feel better…. but it never works.

For the next 21 years I have gradually increased in size due to my emotional eating problem. I have been what is called a yo yo dieter. My weight goes up and down all the time and I want you to know a little bit about why I am this big.

In my family there have been several harrowing bereavements as well.

I joined the David Lloyd gym a few years ago and lost a little bit of weight, but then I put it all on again a few months later. I didn’t keep up my membership and dropped out.

I started working for the London Ambulance Service in 2002 and the job involved sitting down for 12 hours at a time and only leaving my desk to eat and use the bathroom.
A lot of my shifts were a mixture of 06/18 or 12/00, sometimes I had to work 19/07 and as a result my meals were not planned.  I would eat on the go and get takeaways.

After 4 years I decided that night shifts were not for me and good for my health so I got a promotion to work nearer my home. This meant no night shifts.

I tried a diet called The Cambridge Diet in 2008 and I lost 3 stone ( 42 lbs, 19 kg) to start IVF.  Unfortunately this failed and I put all the weight back on… an then some. No support was offered to me at this sad time in my life.

I started Personal Training with Craig in 2011 at David Lloyd before I left and lost a little bit of weight but my diet wasn’t right.  I have a lot of exercise DVD’s at home, a few mats, breeze blocks, a stationery bike and a few weights, but rarely use them.

I lost my beloved father on April 26 2011 due to Liver Cancer. He never used to be a big man, but since his late 30’s, he ate and drank whatever he wanted and he increased to 21 stone (294 lbs) and never got rid of his excess weight. This caused a lot of health problems. I don’t want to get like my father. I am 37 now and want to start a family. I am not getting any younger.

So, I kept in touch with Craig and in December 2011 I started training again. But, I was working with Craig once a week and not eating correctly or working out without Craig
as much as I should have been.  But I am super committed to not only losing the weight, but keeping it off forever.  I dedicate my transformation to my beloved father…in his memory!

Today I had a PT session booked with Craig starting at 10am. I had finished work at midnight and was already very tired. Unfortunately I had a fall and hurt my right ankle.
The session stopped 50 minutes in.  I fell, as I probably wasn’t focused on what I was doing.

Oh well, it could have been worse.  I was really tired, but pleased that I  lost 2kg (4.4 lbs) this week.  I have eaten a lot more vegetables and chicken this week and plenty of water. Craig said that I needed to make small changes on a daily and weekly basis that are more healthy and helpful in losing the weight.  So I made these small changes and got rid of a lot of the crap that I was eating…and low and behold…he was right.  Like I ever doubted him to begin with! kk

Today my car had a major service..very expensive. My ankle is a lot better. I walked 3 miles and got a lot of housework done. I also ran for 2 miles to get rid of stress over my car problem.

I always make sure I have plenty of water daily. Dinner tonight is stir fry vegetables made with fry light spray, its very good. Must go to the gym tomorrow after Sailing.

I told Craig about my car problems and was reminded about PMA Positive Mental Attitude.  Click here to re-visit: DO YOU HAVE AN ATTITUDE

Until next time , Bunny
