Engaging the core in a press up plank position and incorporating the lats with a low row with dumb bells. This throws you off balance and forces the core to stabilize. A must in the arsenal for the core!

A regular press up on steroids. The dive bomber is tough and needs to be done correctly without cheating to get the most of it. The spider man press up really is a cool one, but try not to drop the hips too much.

Six different exercises starting with the plank rise and fall. Get really good and get 2 press ups at the top each time. Push the limits and put a 3 or 4 kg D/B in your hands on the side jump lunge and do biceps with it!
