Six different exercises all done to 40 seconds work and 15 seconds rest. I really like the jump skaters on this one, but stay nice and low and get a BIG straight arm swing to get it right.

This HIIT Training programme starts off off balance in a Plank press up position with a low row, front and lateral raises and ends with a tough one…the Swiss Ball Jack knife. Hopefully you are able to get the Jack knife in good form and technique…you’re gonna need it!

A nice mixture of cardio, core and chest and tricep exercises all in one go. Just 5 exercises to get three times at 45 seconds each with 15 seconds rest.

Starts off really tough with the Swiss Ball knee tuck, jacknife and press up and ends a bit easier on the on back low ab kick up.
