There are three things that I will insist upon as your master personal trainer in your journey with us here. A good postural position is essential toward getting things correct the first time and avoiding bad form and technique and avoiding injury at the same time. So number one on the list is posture and should be carried out each time you step up to any exercise in the videos presented to you.
