This HIIT Training programme starts off off balance in a Plank press up position with a low row, front and lateral raises and ends with a tough one…the Swiss Ball Jack knife. Hopefully you are able to get the Jack knife in good form and technique…you’re gonna need it!

Six different exercises starting with the plank rise and fall. Get really good and get 2 press ups at the top each time. Push the limits and put a 3 or 4 kg D/B in your hands on the side jump lunge and do biceps with it!

I really like this one as it incorporate a boxing move. I am a boxercise instructor also, and I really like the assertive nature of putting these moves into these training programmes.

The mountain climbers are supposed to be done flat out and very quick. Keep an eye on Jason, as his form is very good and you should try to emulate the technique in your own training.
