    JT- The AMT is like an elliptical but more of a free mtoion. You control your mtoion and you are not stuck on that track. You can change from a stepper mtoion to a full run mtoion.I love it. I started having lower back problems, groin and knee problems from running 5 miles everyday on a treadmill. Now I never have any problems and feel great. I have turned other guys on my department on to it and they absolutely swear by it Give it a try
