    JT- The AMT is like an elliptical but more of a free mtoion. You control your mtoion and you are not stuck on that track. You can change from a stepper mtoion to a full run mtoion.I love it. I started having lower back problems, groin and knee problems from running 5 miles everyday on a treadmill. Now I never have any problems and feel great. I have turned other guys on my department on to it and they absolutely swear by it Give it a try

    Exercise can help prevent excess weight gain or help maintain weight loss. When you engage in physical activity, you burn calories. The more intense the activity, the more calories you burn. You don’t need to set aside large chunks of time for exercise to reap weight-loss benefits. If you can’t do an actual workout, get more active throughout the day in simple ways….`:
