Standing Tricep Extension Above Head
Begin the exercise by selecting a suitable D/B weight. Stand with your feet shoulder width apart. Get in a good postural position, tighten your core and focus on form. Take 1 D/B and raise it above your head. Now drop the weight behind your head and neck while keeping your elbow close to your head. Push the weight up from the bottom to the top position. Breathing in on the way down and out on the way up. KEY HERE IS TO NOT MOVE YOUR ELBOW AWAY FROM YOUR HEAD! Continue for 15 reps and 2 sets per arm.
