Press Up On Knees

To begin the press up exercise, get down on an exercise matt on your knees. Keep your hands beneath your shoulders. Now inching back with your knees, get into a plank position, dropping your hips so that you are totally straight. Keep your feet up and your ankles crossed. Tighten your core and focus. Breathe in on the way down and out on the way up. Drive through the core and ab area. You should drop your body at your elbows and keep straight. Touch your chest to the matt and drive back up. Do 10 to 15 reps and 2 sets.
