Bicep Curl D/B
To begin this bicep curl exercise, select a suitable D/B weight. I am using 5kg D/B for instructional purposes. Stand with your feet shoulder width apart. Remember to adjust your POSTURE, TIGHTEN UP YOUR CORE and FOCUS. Remember to Breath out on the resistance (or the way up) and breathe in on the way down (or recovery).
